Semana 33--La semana santa? Mas como la semana del diablo

This quote came from my favorite guy here in enriquillo, hes a less active who has a very bad medical condition, hes like paralized but its more of something that just prohibits him to move sometimes, like he cant function.  Its very sad but wow what an awesome guy, Love him so much.  

ANYWAYS

What a crazy week, la semana santa is nuts here in enriquillo, because everyone decides to come here to see how beautiful it is.  You couldnt even walk in the streets cuz there were so many borracho's (drunks) haha.  

It was also april fools and elder erickson is a big duke guy, and thought it would be just hilarious to put satans face in 3 different places in my house.  I had just got home from a long day, and BOOM theres one face of the infamous christian latener on my desk wall.  I then did some calls and got ready for bed, hit the pillow and felt something under the pillow AND THERE HE WAS AGAIN.  I then went to bed and woke up this morning, went to the bathroom and lifted the toilet lid and HE WAS JUST STARING AT ME.  What a terrible way to spend my last 2 days.  Dang it.

Anyways the good thin about the semana santa is that everyone makes habituela con dulce!  (beans with sugar)  And wow.  It was fantastic i nearly cried.  So yummy.  Idk what they do like if they addin some restricted stuff in there or what but i could eat that all day.

Anyways CONFERENCE was so awesome.  President nelson is a profet of god and it is incredible to see how the lord is running his church today through his profets, just has he has in every other dispensation.  I loved President nelsons talk about how we recieve personal revelation.  I can testify to that, I have had some very guided studies that i know came from personal revelation.  It was very very cool.  I love this church and this gospel, I know its the truth!  What a great conference with inspired changes that will help us prepare more for the second coming of our savior.

Have a great week!  Also any missionaries that are preparing, I would HIGHLY reccomend you read the talk "The forth missionary" really quite amazing.  I loved it.
