semana 37

Hey everyone

before anything, i am SO grateful for everything that everyone has done for me, the fasting, praying, and love has been felt in this past week, it truly has carried me and i am so greatful for everyone who has supported, and loved me.

Okay so just to inform you all, im in a area called los girasoles (the sunflowers) in the captial!  There is mcdonalds, kfc, giant supermarkets, and everything you could ever want.  A wonderful ward and people as well, i love it here. 

I am in a trio with 2 comps named elder sarmiento (from coloumbia) and elder isom (from utah) I have enjoyed it a lot, theyre actually really great.  We live in a house with the zone leaders, and its actually a really nice house.  Supposedly theres hot water, but there never is.  So like.  Oh well.

But wow how different it is from the south where i spend my first 8 months, but gosh im counting my blessings here.  Its pretty crazy all the nice things there are.

Anyways, a health update: I still continue with the bad stomach pain, but this week i felt slightly better so thats a positive!  No doubt due to the fasting and prayers and love that was shown for my sake.  Thank you all so much, the love has been so incredible, and has been the answer to my prayers.  

This week i did a study on christ, and the power of his atonement.  He can heal us, if we have faith, push through the hard, do all we can, and rely on him.  This is not to say that we need to be wayyy too macho and go to the brink of death, nor that this is always the will of heavenly father, but that those are the requirements.  And that he can heal all of us, in any sort of problem we have, not just the physical ones.
