Sexta Semana del Campo

OKAY TO START OFF

I always forget to expalin why I title my emails.  last week i titled it "baskin robbins always finds out" and never explained why.  geez i am so spacy sometimes haha. Pretty much we went to baskin robbins, I got an icecream there and oh man i havent been so happy in months hahaha.  I got a snickers flavor (my dads fav) and as we were leaving they asked me if i was from utah and i was so confused.  They told me that all the "mormones" are from there, and that they just kinda guessed.  But hey, guess baskin robbins really does always find out.

But yeah anyways this week we just worked our little bums off!! haha well.  Our district consists of 4 companionships, and the other companionship that lives with us thats in our district, one of them broke their ankle!  so we are currently covering for them right now, so were essentially covering half of our district haha.  Really hard but its going good!  We are working a ton and I can tell its helping me grow, and most importantly, helping me help the people here better.  I have come to love the people here, and the culture.  They really are so incredible, and I am so grateful for them in my life.  They teach and help me so much, I just hope I can give back to them, as much as they give to me!

we had our first baptism this week!!!  It was sooooo cool!!  Hermano angel was baptised, with all his family there to watch him.  I baptised him and it was the coolest experience, the spirit was so strong and wow.  He is such an amazing man, and i can really tell he knows for himself that this gospel is true.  what an amazing oppurtunity.  Truly blessed here, and makes all the work feel worth it!

Anyways, before i end, I just need to say thank you to the incredible henderson family for sending me the package, I love you guys so much!  You are truly a blessing to me in my life, you guys are family.  Thank you so so much!!
